KATHLEEN Worrall is believed to suffer from a hormonal disorder that can lead to an imbalance in the production of adrenalin.

The 20-year-old is a member of two Facebook support groups for sufferers of congenital adrenal hyperplasia, sites which have closed to the public since Ms Worrall was accused of killing her sister Susan Worrall.

"Due to the unfortunate events in Australia, I have temporarily closed the group to new members," one group said.

Lilea Propadalo, from the separate Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia support faith group, said: "A young woman with CAH in Australia has been arrested for the death of another person and already some articles are noting that she has a hormonal disorder that causes an excess of male hormones."

The revelation comes as chilling details of the sisters' relationship in the months leading up to the alleged murder appeared yesterday on website mydeathspace.com.au.  ()

Forum user Vodkasunris posted old status updates from Ms Worrall in May showing the older sister was concerned "SOMEONE" was hacking into her Facebook account.
