I agree 100%. God, I could not imagine what having to see a still born child like that would feel like. I used to get in a lot of arguments on mommy boards about the posting of angel babies, but as with most things.... the years have softened me a bit and while I still find them disturbing to look at, I realize it is not my place to tell anyone how to grieve or what grieving process is acceptable.

Also, the link provided does not appear to be pics she posted there, or am I wrong? Perhaps, she posted the pics on a support group board and someone copied them, like an asshole?

I don't think its disgusting to want pictures, I think its disgusting and tacky to post that all over the internet and exploit your family's and your own grief.

Do YOU know how the pictures made it to the internet?  Or made it on a forum?  I don't.  No one knows.  It's very possible that she posted on her private myspace and someone copied the pictures and spread them.  I don't think that her sharing her pictures on her myspace with friends is "exploiting" her grief or her family's.  It's dealing with the grief, for them.  You can't tell anyone how to grieve. 

I belong to a parenting forum and people post pictures of their lost babies all the time.  It's possible she shared the pictures after the miscarriage and someone used them for their own purposes.  I don't know.
