This is an article I found about a frauder named Phil Witzel who claims to live in the UK and is trying to get people to send him money for his artwork: http://www.onlineverif.com/?go=pages...ch_word=experi. You know, the whole "receive payments for me, put them in your name so you can get in trouble when the checks bounce" thing. What caught my eye was his mention of the FBI branch located in Chicago: "But the problem i have is trust, i have my way of getting anyone that gets away with our money though, i mean the FBI branch in chicago gets involved."

Anyone recieving an e mail from phil witzel, ignore it. It is a scam and the person lives in atlanta , no matter where he says he s from. he has no money, no phone ,and all he wants is to take your money.
He mostly answers ads for rentals. I have dealt with him many times and all he does is lie. Beware , because there are many scams on here
