If he deleted files, like most people do, yes they would find old files as long as they are not rewritten over many times. If someone uses a cleaner, those files are pretty much gone forever.

Travis could had been very careful not to have any child porn evidence around, it is really easy to remove all evidence from your computer with a good hard drive cleaner. The pictures of boys in their underwear are not child porn, but what he was doing while looking at them is sick, if true. Has anyone see what one of his friends wrote on Travis's message board on Myspace? There is no excuse for why Jodie killed Travis, but i do believe a lot of what she says did happen.

Let me get this straight. So he has these pictures printed out, all the little kiddos. He totally eradicated any trace of them on his hard drive...but managed to leave the rest of his data untouched. He's that tech-savvy and concerned about erasing the evidence, so he writes letters incriminating himself and going on about how awful it is that he likes little boys? Like...on paper? And sends them to someone who he allegedly treats like total shit and would be able to use it against him?

I am guessing you do not read well. Sorry to break it to you, but a good hard drive cleaner will rewrite over all deleted material, believe me i know what i am talking about. I do it for a living. I would like to know why you seriously doubt that Travis did not have child porn?

You're the expert, apparently, can you spot-treat a hard drive? You do that for a living, fine. For the rest of the world -- and countless murderers/criminals who were unable to successfully cover up their tracks by deleting data evidence -- it doesn't seem very easy.

What murderer does not lie? What do you think Travis and Jodie did all of the time they were together? Did they just sit around and drink ice water and hang out at church? I believe her story a lot more than i believe that Travis was some kind of Saint. Again i believe she murdered him and should pay the price, but i also believe that Travis was not all he pretended to be.

Anything in the form of "Travis didn't deserve to die like this, BUT . . ." Is bullshit. Whatever that comes after that "BUT" is the reason why you think Travis deserved what he got.

There isn't a single ioda of physical evidence to corroborate Jodi's pedophile claims. The only thing she ever offered was an electronic copy of an alleged letter from Travis Alexander that she says she received from an anonymous source. The letter could not be authenticated, and was not allowed into evidence in the pre-trial hearings. This was the point when Jodi was going to defend herself in court without a lawyer.

A lot of us have been following this case for literally years, and have read every court document that's been made public. We knew in advanced what was coming. We knew it was bullshit then, and we know it's bullshit now. You can read the early pages of this thread from 2009. You'll see the rental car, the upside-down license plate, the cell phone turned off, the gps from the rental car ... all stuff that's come out in the prosecution's case. We've watched her story evolve from "wasn't me" to "ninjas" to this fairy tail. All you have to do is go back and read. We're sharp, and we're not fucking wrong.
