I totally agree songbirdsong! She wrote that before she got caught and arrested and she also did it for her defense theory she planned on using from the get go. Around the same time period before getting arrested she also made a Myspace "In Memory Of Travis Alexander" photo album on her Myspace page. She planned this all out, just for her own defense. Every god damn thing she did was absolutely fucking premeditated to the fullest degree!!! No ifs and or buts!!! PERIOD!

I could see Travis sending her the mismatched outfit. To me he was very immature when it came to the opposite sex. I can really see him sending that stuff to her, like a 16 year old boy would.

I have no net so I am on my phone which means I haven't read the past like 40 pages. But I was able to watch the trial today on my phone and all I can think to say is that she is an amazing liar or her stories are true. Not an excuse for murder at all, but I am starting to believe that she was abused. So either she has me fooled (which is very possible as people with bpd are very manipulating and believable) or she's telling the truth.

she is a very good liar - she is already changing her stories - today she said that travis read her diary and saw she went on 1 date w/ john dixon flew into a rage attacked her - and nurmi went on and on about even though they were broken up and travis could date that she couldn't (this is after she is living ine mesa)- but on in session it says back on 2/6 that in jan 2007, around the time of the truckstop and sizzler and still living w/ old guy in palm dessert, he told her she should date other ppl and she went on date w/ abe and dixon - 1 each - and that travis disapproved because she shouldn't date outside the church and she agreed, but by feb 2007 they decided to become a couple - this was the first glaring contradiction that i caught from her testimony - which now has me inspired to start checking out more

nobody is saying he was a saint. But her allegations are so far fetched. There is no proof of what she is saying. And I have a hard time believing he was such an evil person and did all these horrible things within days of meeting her, that she just decided to stay. she does not sound believable at all to me. and even if he ejaculated on her face and threw candy at her, he did not deserve the brutal death he got. her words mean nothing to me. and nothing she can say will justify her actions.

Maybe because she is a proven liar? Over and over. She lied to law enforcement, she lied to her friends about not knowing Travis had died, she lied to Dan when he called to tell her about the death, she lied to HER OWN diary!! She manipulated Travis over and over by using sex which you yourself admit that he was naive about and everytime he would try to move on she would again seduce him. Why does every
other woman testify that he treated them with respect and honor the boundaries they asked of him? She had no respect for herself and used the only thing she ever thought was worthwhile about herself, her vagina.
