I hope they play the voicemails.
Edit: YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
Woah, the court recorder today looks like Caroline Manzo
i guess in the begining defense asked for print out of all voice mails and the technology dd not exist then for LE to do that - so they said it didn't exist - becuase they couldn't print them out - defense says they should have said the didn't have the technology to print out, not that the didn't exist - but by 2009 the technology did exist and they were all printed and sent to defense - and the defense council asked for a motion on the same thing in 2009 and it was refused
That voicemail sounds like she is reading it off of a piece of paper.
She says "um" FAR too much.
Yeah, I never thought it was premeditated until this trial. She stole a gun and she hid the fact she went to AZ (PRIOR to the murder). I now think that it was premediated. She planned his murder, went to his house, had sexy time, then killed him. that is some cold blooded shit.
"...Jeffrey Dahmer... actually confessed and accepted his punishment. Had real remorse for the sick things he did. It's pretty bad when Jeffrey Dahmer is a better person than you are." ~Justice11 (re: Jodi Arias)
She's even verbose and lying in that voicemail. I'd love to hear one from like, January or sometime when he was alive and she wasn't plotting to kill him.
Prosecutorial misconduct generally refers to a dishonest act or attempt to persuade the jury or the court by the use of deceptive or reprehensible methods. So I wonder what else is the voicemail or texts
Oh, off topic. My bf says that the little pencil she uses is the flexible kind they give you in jail so you don't use it as a weapon
Yep! A little rubber pencil.
She probably could have gotten away with it in Cancun. But yeah, he wouldn't have died at that moment but he would have died eventually. Or lived because she found a new obsession which seems to be her thing.
Who are Dustin and Ashley Thompson? The people they showed on In Session earlier?
dang it. i want to hear some more voicemails!
I guess a juror just asked a question. Could you replay the voicemail? They couldn't hear it.
lol, play the voicemail because I couldn't hear it. That would be me.
