I hope not too. I'm just thinking about if the trial continues and Jodi is convicted, this issue will definitely be included in an appeal. More likely than not the appeals court will send the case back. Judges hate that shit. It makes them look bad. I'm worried this judge will worry about this being sent back on appeal so she'll just grant a mistrial now. I sure hope not though.
