Hang on ImBatman, you DID post that about yourself before though?!? Sometime in the past week or two. Because I thought I wasn't reading it right and asked you about it. You didn't reply so you either ignored it, or just completely missed it. On being challenged, as people are wont to do when they don't think something's quite kosher (rightly or wrongly), you, as a physchologist, give them an underhanded 'Fuck You cos you can' reply. Seriously? Totally bewildered by this.

I did rep you on this comment..I didn't miss it. annie chose to call me out when I rep'd her on an issue. Hence the class comment...I have never until now called any one out on anything. I am not going to justify what I know is true about me.... I don't question what anyone else has ever been through. Not my place. And, this is an internet forum and I am not here to mollify people in their personal tragedies. I do feel sympathy for what others on this forum have been through and we all have our own personal tragedies that have nothing to do with with this case.

My thoughts exactly that the people on JAII are thinking only with their emotions. Reasonable people think things through. I ran into this case by perusing the web and I will admit that what intrigued me to the story were the photos. I read the basis of the story so I had no real judgement on innocence/guilt but when I saw the pictures there was no doubt in my mind that this was a rage killing.. someone was mad.. there was no evidence on his own person that he really had a chance to fight back.. just the defense wounds on his hands. Of course as I researched on it only sealed it for me that she was guilty of murder in the 1st. I honestly don't know how one can fool themselves into thinking self defense here.

Yep. For me, I actually had met her, spoken with her and liked her before this happened. I thought for sure she was innocent when I found out she was arrested. Then there was all the evidence, which obviously proved she was there. Then, I remember when she came out with the intruder story. At that time, I felt that the story seemed fabricated, but I figured she was covering up for someone. I thought, maybe the two intruders could have been her dad and a brother and that they hadn't liked Travis and came there to teach him a lesson and things got out of hand. I didn't want to believe this girl I liked could have done this. But, due to the overwhelming evidence and the continuation of the lies and fabrications, I overcame that to realize that she did this and she did it premeditated in rage.

If I, as someone who liked her and had already met her and thought well of her, am able to see the logic in the evidence and realize my opinions were wrong, I don't understand why they can't. Especially when 99% of them don't know her one bit! It just boggles my mind!! Blind leading the blind...
