Thinking on this the info is coming from Jodi and Nurmi, so would be good to get the other side---but say she's getting no food then testifying from 1030-430 this would be a pretty good issue for Jodi to go for an appeal on, last thing State wants to do is have to put Travis' family through this again, not to mention the cost.

Well, Casey Anthony went free. Ryan Widmer was convicted. Obama was reelected. I'm too numb to give a crap. While I think JA is guilty, I would not be shocked if she isn't convicted of First Degree Murder. Jurors aren't too good at comprehending instructions these days.

The whole bringing up past boyfriends/didn't murder is a weak argument for the defense if that is what they are using. So if she got away with killing Travis and then killed her next boyfriend would that make it a solid argument for the prosecution? I get what they are trying to do, but the whole concept of it is too weak.

Honestly, yes, I really do believe this. What she did is SO HEINOUS, nothing else matters, cold, blooded murder overkill, premeditated has already been proven, doesn't matter she admitted to it. 200% she will be sentenced to death. I like the opposing views too. I also agree with what you said and haven't heard of Ryan Widmer but am going to look into it now.
