I am a little bit confused again, she gave Travis her gmail account details, she was living in Yreka by that time so why not just change her password, rather than accidentally (deliberately to make him jealous, like she was getting on with her life) texting Travis to say lets use hotmail!

I just listened to it again. It's not clear because the judge cuts him off and then they go to side bar. I think JM was trying to say that Jodi blind copied Travis? It's kinda convoluted when I go back and listen to it actually.

Nah - she told Wormi that he sent it to Abe and BCC'd Travis on it... but the document they are using as evidence says "to (travis's email)" NOT BCC'd. So he objected to the piece of evidence because it doesn't prove that she sent it to Abe to tell her to leave her alone - as Abe's email is no where on that evidence piece. She kind of back tracked and said that she copied it and sent it to Travis right after... but then they went to sidebar and Wormi was up after that... I'm guessing the judge asked JM to debate it in cross

She said she sent the email to Abe and then forwarded it to Travis. But the email clearly showed that she sent it to Travis and it was not a forwarded (although she could have stipped that info out, I have done that before) but still, it was awesome.
