Seriously, though- I think that it shouldn't be ignored that she was nine months pregnant- the fetus was fully developed at that point, it just hadn't been born yet.  Don't get me wrong- I am a firm believer that "babies" aren't babies until they are living, breathing members of the world outside the womb, but if calling this girl's fetus a baby means more jail time for this asshole that killed her, then so be it.

i dunno man, like it was said already, 9 months all the baby is doing at that point is putting on extra weight.. it is living..thinking...feeling.. and on its way. So i would defineately consider it a life, thats obviously what it is. He should be charged with a double homicide. why not? he took 2 lives.
