I think a bicyclest is a pedestrian as long as they choose to not ride in the road. Their seems to be two types of cyclists... Those that ride in bike or car lanes, and those that ride on sidewalks and use crosswalks.

Isn't that illegal though unless you're a child? I thought if you're on a bike you had to ride in the bike lane.

I don't know the laws either. I just *think* they aren't supposed to ride on sidewalks. People walk there and it seems wrong that they should have to dodge bicycles.

I hate the cyclists who dress in neon green/yellow/orange outfits and ride in the middle of the lane and refuse to move over.  They are even worse when they are in packs and take up the whole lane.

The ignorant little bitch who is my daughter's 'best friend,' who just got married and made my pregnant daughter put on her bachelorette party and wedding shower and jump through all kinds of stupid hoops for her and who told her she was going to have a baby shower for her texted her and told her she just didn't have time she would have to find someone else to do it.

i couldnt function at all.  and i couldnt stay awake for very long.  i got sick the day i got to my in-laws new house (damn husband gave it to me), and i spent the rest of the visit in bed.  the one day i left, it was to go to his sisters house (completely restored, beautiful victorian house).  we were all going to go out to dinner, but as soon as i got there i got sleepy.  soooo, i slept for 3 or 4 hours while everyone was out.    oh wait, i left one other time...to take pics of the outside of the house. 

Yeah Im having the whole issue with staying awake too.  That's the only really annoying part about it.  Im soooooo tired all the time.
