Who Shot Heather Rich?

i was wondering if anyone is familiar with this case?  happened 10 yrs ago, 3 teenage boys murdered 16 yr old Heather Rich in Texas?  i watched an AEtv american justice on this and couldn't believe the injustice .  so i decided to do a little research.  i found an AEtv msg board thread and started reading and still believed that Curtis Gambill shot her.  on the msg boards the wives (girlfriends) and family members of all 3 inmates and Heather Rich's mother are on there arguing ( by the way the victims mother is a , she likes to contradict herself and talks about how Randy Wood should get out of jail )   After doing alittle more research i found a website with the court transcripts and i am completely SHOCKED about how 1 sided AEtv was!!  i totally believe that RANDY WOOD is GUILTY of shooting heather and that the other 2 were railroaded (sort of) they did help cover it up and lied to the police but they have served 10 yrs for what some jackass did to heather.  not sure if anyone has a clue to what i am talking about but i will put up the links to the stuff i found , if anyone is interested.

Cool posting. The reason it seems so one sided for AEtv was because Randy was they only one willing to talk with them.

He backed out of a deal 10 years ago that would have only put him behind bars for 30 years, to take the stand and risk life in prison, because he claimed his innocence and that was the only way he could testify. Then he and her parents became buddies again. Weird stuff.

It is an interesting story and all the pieces don't seem to add up though.

Why would you ever question the necessity of scrolling text?  I mean if it's available when I pass away, I want scrolling text on my tombstone.  Preferably the text will be in All Caps and rife with spelling errors.  That's the only way my loved ones can show me for eternity that they care.

The first post in the other thread clearly states that she had watched the AE episode. The OP also went on to say that they did research on this case, and were totally convinced that someone else was the actual shooter.

but it's not someone whose loved one passed away.  it's the wife of one of the alleged murderers.  Nothing says I love my locked up husband like scrolling I suppose.

An alleged murderer, I would like FACTS about this case told. I have heard every possible story for the past 8 years. I wanted to say, I found this post ,Joshua and Curt do need some support. Not all these haters and fake people who never knew Curt for the wonderful man he is..
