Okay, so I developed anxiety....blah blah blah.

I have a problem..it seems to be the only thing I think about, it's always creeping behind me, and personally...I'm getting fed up and tired.

I seem to always be in fear of it, or when it's going to happen...and then I, of course, worry about the embarrassment, and who's around me and how it will come off to them.

Now...when I'm alone, it still haunts me. I start feeling anxious, my chest starts feeling weird and my limbs tingle a bit, and I don't know what to do...I was driving my car, close to home and I always have my music up, singing to it, and I couldn't seem to focus on music and enjoying it...I was thinking about anxiety and if I was trying to have an attack....

I have also developed another problem. Drinking...excessively. It's as if I drink so I don't abuse my meds, so that I can forget that I even have anxiety. I know this seems like it's minor, but I feel that this all is taking over my life. I can't enjoy life right now. All I do is worry.

Where is my solution?

I have concluded that I have problems, now I need to figure out how to help myself and break my habit of using drinking as a quick fix substitute for my anxiety relief.

For those of you who nag and ask why I haven't been out around or about, I am now answering you. If you can't understand, then you aren't someone I need in my life. I'm dealing with enough already.

I am battling myself, and it's the hardest battle one will ever fight.

I'm asking for help or a source...SOMETHING. please.

After reading her blog, now I wonder if alcohol was involved in her accident?

A fatal accident along State Highway 183 in Euless shut down all lanes of traffic this morning.

Kandice Hutchison, a 22-year-old woman from Joshua, was headed west near Ector Drive when she changed lanes, bumped another vehicle, lost control and hit the center divider.

Ms. Hutchison was thrown from her car onto the eastbound lanes and died at the scene, said Euless Police Lt. John Williams.

A third vehicle crashed into the wreckage, but no one else was injured, he said.

Whatever the case (either with alcohol or not) your posting from the dallasnews.com makes more sense. It sounds like she cut someone off and went out of control rather than just being hit from behind for no reason.

Some anxiety and anti-depressant drugs can make you actually crave alcohol. And when you are on them and drink it can react totally different in your body than when you aren't on the meds.

Hey Everyone... I am one of Kandi's managers... I really appreciate everyone being kind and sympathetic to the matter... Kandi was an amazing woman with so much positive energy. She was a singer and had a show that evening. She was also one of the most talented models and musicians I have ever met. She will be missed dearly...

Hmm. ok. I figured it was members of this website that were printing it out. I think if some random person on my myspace  died I would be interested, obviously, but I wouldn't be printing it out for who knows what. Hahahaha.

I think its sad that she died, because, well, she was young and had her whole life ahead of her, not because she was pretty.
