  Bianca grandma loves you

My world came crashing down yesterday. My beautiful Grandbaby was killedaccidentally by my daughter who made a very stupid drunken decision. Now not only have I lost her but Karrae too because she is in jail and will probably be there for a very long time.

God how could this have happened? All she had to do was call and someone would have been there to get Bianca. Instead of planning for a visit with her i am planning her funeral. Is God punishing me because I loved her above all else in my life...she was my world. I will miss her so much.

Williamson County State’s Attorney Charles Garnati and assistant state’s attorney Lisa Irvin said 18-year-old Karrae Star allegedly caused the death of her daughter, Bianca Starr, by covering the child’s mouth and nose with her hand.

I have a daughter who will be 3 in November, to cover her mouth and nose would take some doing.  When Kt is on one she has the strength of 10 men believe me!!  How can anybody 'forget' that battle!!

Hey this is Karrae.I'm in the williamson county jail right now. my bond is set at 50,000. so if you can ..anything helps. people are wondering what went on that night. everything was normal. i felt fine.i wasn't in a "rage" it was time for bianca's bed time and as usual (everybody who knew bianca or any three year old for that fact, knows they just have a "fall out" and scream and holler) bianca didn't want to go to bed. so she was screaming at the top of her lungs and i told her to put her hand over her mouth until she was done ( My sister and i had been taught this in young teen mothers class) and she was finally done and i asked her "bianca are you okay now" and she sniffled a little bit and she said "yes mommy i'm okay" and i told her that it was time for bed and that we were gonna go lay down and she had said okay. so i layed her down, i played with her hair and i gave her a kiss and hug goodnight and as i was about to go out the room..outta the corner of my eye i saw bianca get up (which is unusual) so i locked the door ( only because it was habit, because cailtin use to come in and get bianca outta bed to watch cartoons with bianca and by then bianca was wide awake and there was no way i could have gotten her to sleep and its just been a bedtime ritual ever since) and turn the light back on bianca had given me a look that sent the hairs on the back of my neck straight up. i said bianca are you okay? and she staggered backwards and blood started coming out of bianca's nose and foam started coming outta of her mouth. I NEED EVERYONE TO STOP LISTENING TO THE NEW ANS READING THE NEWSPAPER BECAUSE NO AUTOPSY RESULT HAVE CAME BACK. Shit, I'm three years older than this girl and I never took a parenting class, but I know that was never a part of taking care of a screaming child.

Seriously, what? She could make up something better than that and now, which is even classier, she's begging for money for the child she killed.  [ETA - I had to fix my crappy errors that my phone made and that I didn't catch, damn!]

But who knows, a lot of kids just spontaneously start foaming at the mouth and bleeding from the nose.

These stories just kill me. I cannot fathom ever hurting my daughter, ever. At my weakest parenting moments the worst I have done is lock her in her room for 5 minutes, while I took a breath. Even then, I felt so awful letting her cry and be in emotional pain. How anyone could physically hurt any child is just not in my realm of understanding.

Also, I must have won the child lottery or something because I have two children and they never "fell out" or started screaming at the top of their lungs when they did not want to do something. I am not saying this is true for every child, just that it was true for mine.
