I think its sad that many people are quick to label Jodi as the killer. She still has the right of presumption of innocence. Looking at all of the facts listed so far, I'm having a hard time saying with 100% certainty that Jodi did it. Right now, there's still too much he said, she said going on. I think the truth will come out once more evidence is released. Also, you can't simply judge a person by the way they are reacting. Add medication into the Jodi + Travis equation and it becomes even more complicated. That brings forth new theories. Did Jodi suffer from a personality or mental disorder? Did she forget to take her medication? Now that she's in jail, they could be giving her anti-depressants to help her cope with her trauma. That would explain the lack of emotion and why she is resigned to her fate. I highly doubt she remembers much about when Travis was initially attacked. If you watch her eyes closely in her interview for "Picture Perfect", you can see that something triggered in them when the reporter asked about when Jodi fled to the car. This is one of three or so times during the interview when she lies. She looks entirely to her left, you can see the emotion flurry across her eyes, then she answers and tucks her hair behind her ear or rubs her eye. One of the things that gets me is that Travis was cut ear to ear. Look into Mormon faith and "ear to ear" cutting of the throat. There are several places where it comes up as a form of punishment. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but my sources said that the Mormon Church did away with the death penalty in the 1990's? Furthermore, I found it here... http://goshareyourfaith.wordpress.com/2009/05/23/for-the-mormon-woman-you-better-be-nice-to-your-man/I know Jodi read through the Book of Mormon at Travis' advice. Perhaps she came across it there. He's dead.

And I have just as much right to think she's guilty. "Innocent until proven guilty by a court of law" is a legal term. I've read through this whole thread twice already, along with other sites, plus watched picture perfect...and there is absolutely nothing that makes me think she didn't do this.

Perhaps she came across it there. She's accused of committing first degree murder in Arizona, and therefore is subject to the interpretation of the laws as Arizona sees them. In other words, if she was documented as being paranoid schizophrenic, found incompetent to stand trial, and committed to a mental hospital for three years, she still would not get a pass to escape the death penalty (see Arizona vs Eric M Clark and the Supreme Court's decision to uphold that verdict in Clark vs Arizona). http://archive.psych.org/edu/other_res/lib_archives/archives/amicus/05-5966.pdfIn other words, she picked the wrong state to go crazy. Arizona doesn't care. ETA: . . .and neither do I This was a brutal and cruel crime. I don't for one minute believe she is or was insane, legally or otherwise. You bet she's got some emotional flurries. She's facing the executioner, and she has no excuses to fall back on.

The one reason I don't believe the Mormon church or anyone besides Jodi was involved in the murder is because she never called the police after having been witness to the murder.
When Senator Kennedy crashed his car in the late sixties and killed a women, he didn't call the cops for about 10 hours, but eventually he DID call them. Jodi never called them. She just went on with her life like nothing ever happened.
If the Mormon church did orchestrate this murder, then that must have been an unexpected surprise for them that the patsy they tried to pin this on makes herself look even more guilty by not calling the cops even though she easily could have.

Hi all..I really enjoy reading everyone's comments on this site, also on My Crime Space. From time to time I read comments about members wanting to see photos of the actual crime sceen photos. I do understand that..and in the past there has never been anything posted that I've seen of a overly personal nature (except maybe a copy of Travis's Arizona Drivers License)..(Which is no big deal)and I truely appreciate that. I am Travis's Uncle (Brother to his Dad) and I know that others in our family watch this site because of the brilliant observations that are made...but, as a whole, we don't want to see the actual photo's of the crime sceen..so, please dont make it easy for us to click on them for access. I know that this is an individual preference ...just keep making it hard to get to them as you previously have. Thank You! Mike Alexander
Welcome Mike. I am so very sorry for your loss. Travis really seemed like a great and inspiring guy. I hope justice is served for Travis and Jodi gets a sentence that she deserves.

My name is Steven Montes, I am Scientist, and the owner of several businesses here in Tucson, Arizona.
Please note that the one single, most important evidence that will set Jodi free, is the part where Jodi was said to have drug Travis’s body from the bedroom to the laundry room. This is an impossibility, since I have calculated that dragging a dead person over a carpet surface, as stated in her in her TV interview, is equivalent to dragging a 323 pound person. This task had to be the work of two people. And the two people would have had to be very strong. Now if Travis’s body had been dragged over a tile surface, Jodi would have still needed help, given the total dead weigh of Travis’s body. It is a Scientific fact that Jodie’s weight would have had to have been greater than Travis’s weight in order to begin to move him, let a lone over carpet. Try This For Yourself At Home[/b][/u]
Travis death would have served an example to other young Mormon’s, not to have sex until you are married This really makes no sense...none of the videos are relevant as to what he is talking about. Also I have seen ppl with adrenaline rushes do some heavy lifting and high jumping. BUT I nev er read in this story that she dragged him more than a few feet into the shower. I also would think that it'd be harder to pull someone standing on a weight than someone laying down. Also Jodi had sex too and was technically a mormon so why didn't they kill her too?

http://www.courtminutes.maricopa.gov...9/m3925571.pdf The Court has received Defendant’s Request for Additional Discovery Relating to any and all Forensic Examinations Conducted upon any and all Electronic Media. IT IS ORDERED setting oral argument on November 13, 2009 at 8:30 a.m. in this division, to be heard in conjunction with the Capital Case Management Conference. I wonder what the, "Additional Discovery" might be?... Could be a number of things.. The leg in the picture that was taken during the attack?... Maybe emails she had sent Travis and or that girl, Marie?

Jodi's MySpace page will probably remain intact. I don't thinK MySpace ever takes down profiles of murderers. I think they only take down profiles of sex offenders. I remember hearing somewhere that Facebook took down a profile of a person that was involved in a DUI death. The In Memory album is creepy to look at on Jodi's albums. A couple of Jodi's friends who probably didn't know Travis commented on a few photos. They probably wanted to comfort Jodi by leaving comments on the photos not knowing she was responsible for his death. If I were them I would be really creeped out after finding Jodi killed Travis.

He didn't deserve what happened to him. To see people make a joke out of his horrible murder is not even the slightest bit funny.
