Cindy didn't "make" Casey keep her baby. She's a fucking adult. And I mean, the argument that she considered adoption should not even be factored into her guilt. Just because you consider adoption does not mean you can't love your baby more than anything in the world. I did, and do. And to say Caylee would be alive if it weren't for Cindy "forcing" Casey to keep her? Come onnnnn.

First of all I did not say it had ANY thing to do with her not being guilty .AS a matter of fact I said she was ,that has not changed in my mind since day one .What I pointed out was her mother has a weird pull on this girl and is a control freak .I think if she (Cindy ) had just supported her daughter choice to put  the baby up for adoption the kid would be alive . She did not just have the adoption bug cross her mind she seemed to not want to be a parent  ,maybe because she knew she was a fuck up . I think that parents should except their adult children's decisions on what they think is best for their life when it comes to matters like this .You do not always have to force a person to do things by using your hand or a weapon .Sometimes  a child  will do whatever they have to to make a parent happy .I think not only did she lie to keep her ass out of trouble but to let her mom hear what she wanted to here .I am not saying Cindy killed her Granddaughter .I think everyone knows who did it ,but I think this could have been prevented two years ago with a little more support from Casey's mom ...So Come on open your eyes maybe you can see it from another angle

Partial immunity, which I assume still means jail time. And I think this probably includes leading them to the body, and if it wasn't an accident, they'll be able to determine that. That's just my guess.

My guess is she is trying not to get a death sentence ,Just life in prison with or maybe with out parole .A lot of times they are just trying at this point to avoid the needle .

Okay, that makes more sense. But I don't see Casey as the type to do "anything to make her mom happy." And I just don't think it's fair to blame Cindy. It seems like she did a lot more for her daughter than most parents would have.

The evidence is in, and I think it’s about as good as a body.  The decomposition fluids in the trunk yielded epithelial cells that came from the inside of someone’s nose and mouth.  The DNA from that fluid, from those cells, is consistent with Caylee’s.  The hair from the trunk is also consistent with Caylee’s hair, and showed bacterial infestation of the root and hair follicle that are indicative of postmortem shedding - that is, the hair was left in the trunk after Caylee was dead.



Even the air samples sent to the University of Tennessee’s Body Farm for testing showed the presence of human cadaverine and putrescine, the polyamines which are most present in human decomposition.  It is now blatantly obvious that Caylee Anthony was in her mother’s car trunk for awhile after she died.



Right now, Casey has only a few hours to accept a deal offered by Orange County investigators:  if she provides information leading to the recovery of Caylee’s body, she will receive immunity for those statements, and those statements only.  Truth be told, they no longer need a body to prosecute and get a conviction - it’s just a matter of which charges to file.  A body would be nice for closure, and for cause of death that might prove murder, if that can still be determined.  If Caylee was stabbed, for example, there might be marks on her bones to prove that.  If she was strangled, her hyoid bone might be fractured.  But even without a body, a case could be made for manslaughter or even murder one.  It’s just a bigger gamble, that’s all.



Also this morning, Leonard Padilla (he of the big hat, the toothpick and the tummyache) is saying that he is beginning the process of revoking Casey Anthony’s bond.  In any event, I would not be surprised to see new charges filed against Casey fairly soon.

Listen, everything I say here is my opinion. Its also a fact she wanted to put her kid up for adoption. I dont think I said She didnt love her kid either. I also dont think I said that she was guilty because she wanted to put her child up for adoption. Oh and her mother could have made her keep her baby. I know for a fact that some girls who have children young are forced by their own parents to be parents. You would be surprised how much some parents can persuade there children to do what they want. Just because it isnt right doesnt mean it doesnt happen. I know for a FACT it happens.
    But anyways. I dont even know if your post was refering to mine. If it was its all good we all cant have the same opinions you know. The woman killed her daughter or knows who did. IMO. I doubt(IMO) it was an accident. Why would she hide an accident? Panic? I am sure her lawyer and the police told her already if it was an accident she wouldnt be charged with murder. Right now she is trying to save her own ass. She doesnt care about her daughters decomposing body where ever it is. She doesnt care about that childs grandparents ,uncles,aunts cousins,ect.

At this point I think the "body" would be mostly skeletal. I hope they are able to retrieve it.  It would still help bring closure to the rest of the Anthony family. I hope for their sake they have Casey turn herself in to police, out of their home and begin the grieving process instead of continueing to support Casey in the media.

This one is almost making me obsessive about it.  I just can't wrap my mind around this family and how they can just overlook that THEIR daughter killed THEIR granddaughter.....don't they CARE about Caylee?  God they infuriate me!!  I hope they ROT in HELL!!!  See, I think the Anthony's helped cover Casey's ass this entire time, to tampering with evidence, to obstruction....I hope they are charged with accessory after the fact, obstruction, or tampering...SOMETHING for God's sake!

Casey was 18 when she got pregnant, therefore an adult, therefore I don't believe she was forced to keep her baby- especially since she seems to have zero respect for her mom, supported by what I bolded. Of course we're all entitled to our own opinions. That's mine.

you're probably right about the friend. I thought it came from someone reliable. Ugghh..I hate this case but I cant stop thinking about it. I guess it really doesnt matter about any of our opinions. In the end the baby is dead.
