Gardiner-Crystal Stetson, 39, of Gardiner and formerly of Winslow, joined the Angels in Heaven, Sunday, Sept. 16, 2018 at MaineGeneral Medical Center in Augusta after a brief illness. She was born in Augusta, Sept. 13, 1979.

Crystal was a graduate of Winslow High School and attended KVCC. She was a DSP at Maine Vocational and Rehabilitation Associates in Hallowell.

She is survived by two sons, Nikalus and Maddux; her father and mother, Craig and Debra Stetson of Winslow; her fiance, Kevin Brunelle of Gardiner; two grandmothers, Mary Savage of Augusta and Janice Stetson of Winslow; two brothers, Ryan Stetson of Waterville and Michael Stetson and wife, Erica of Winslow; several aunts and uncles, Bob and Kathy Weymouth of Belgrade, Shelia Cyr of Manchester, Angie McArthur of Augusta, Danielle Cyr of Whitefield, Brenda Stetson of Winslow, Marsha and Tim Higgins of Bangor, Bruce and Beth Stetson of Waterville and by several nieces, nephews and cousins. She is also survived by a very special friend since the fifth grade, Jody Knight of Oakland.

The family would like to thank the staff of MaineGeneral Medical Center in Augusta and Maine Medical Center Oncology Dept. in Portland for their many acts of kindness.

Family and Friends may visit at the Gallant Funeral Home, 10 Elm St, Waterville, Thursday, Sept. 20th from 1 to 2 P.M. where a service of remembrance will be celebrated at 2 P.M. Crystal asked for those attending please dress casual. Burial will be at a later date in the Howard Cemetery in Winslow.
