It is with great sadness that the family of David Ignatius Zamule announces his sudden passing on May 27, 2017, at the age of 33 years.

David was the beloved son of Elisabeth Norton Zamule Bruner and Greg Zamule. He will be lovingly remembered by his daughter, Evelyn Zamule, sister, Stephanie Zamule, brother-in-law Emilio Battaglini and niece, Gianna Battaglini, stepmother, Leslie Evans and stepbrother Darren Evans, stepdad, Robert Bruner and stepbrother, Brent Bruner; grandparents, Mary and George Douglas and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. David was predeceased by grandparents David W. Norton, M.D. and Veronica and Anthony Zamule.

A native of Oakdale, PA David attended West Allegheny High School where he participated in track, cross-country, musicals, chess and the National Honor Society. He achieved the level of black belt and excelled in karate competitions. David graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Business in 2007 and worked in the marketing and sales fields. His hobbies included skiing, biking, sprint triathlons and DJing, mixing and mastering music.

Dave was the proud and loving father of a daughter, Evelyn Zamule, age 16 months. He will be remembered by his family and friends as kind-hearted, sensitive and personable, with a great sense of humor and curiosity for learning.

Friends will be received Thursday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Thomas-Little Funeral Service, Inc., 5000 Noblestown Road, Oakdale (724-693-2800) where funeral service will be held Friday at 12 Noon. Private burial will be held at Riverview Cemetery, Apollo, PA
