A notorious Bronx club that recently changed its name couldn't leave its troubles behind when a 28-year-old man was shot to death during an argument with an ex-con, officials said Thursday.

Rameez Maragh was shot while leaving the Truth Bar on Bronxwood Ave. near E. 221st St. in Williamsbridge about 4 a.m. Wednesday, cops said.

The Truth Bar is the new name of Club Mystique, which was on the NYPD's list of the 10 most notorious clubs, sources said.

Maragh had been arguing with 23-year-old Dashawn Palmer and another man when the other man pulled a .380-caliber pistol and shot Maragh in the chest, left arm and right thigh.

Friends loaded Maragh into a car and rushed him to Jacobi Medical Center, where he died, police said.

Palmer, who did two years in prison on a robbery conviction in 2013, was taken into custody at the scene.
