Tregen Kim Lewis returned to his Heavenly Father on August 26, 2016 after losing his battle with depression. Tregen was born September 8, 1980 to a loving birth-mother, Gretchen Hurst Stanton, who unselfishly gave him up for adoption to Keith and Pearl Lewis who raised him with unconditional love. He attended both Orchard and Sharon Elementary, Canyon View Junior High, Orem High School (graduated 1999), and University of Utah. He was married to Morgan Henderson on September 11, 2013.

Tregen was always unique. His friends have described him as "an odd genius". He had a brilliant mind and a variety of talents. Tregen was friends with everyone. He loved being with his family and friends. He had an incredible talent for jump roping and hula hooping. He loved to climb anything possible. He loved sewing, slacklining, and running. Music was his passion. Playing guitar brought him the most joy. Tregen had the kindest heart, he judged no-one and loved everyone. He will be missed by many.

He is survived by his wife Morgan Lewis and son Enzo, parents Keith and Pearl Ann Lewis, Sister Stacey (Robert) Young, Brother Spencer (Jen) Lewis, his birth daughter Eris Lewis, nieces and nephews Shayla, Gavin, Hannah, Chase, Max, Bryn, and Reese.
