Amy Rachelle Duvall Kline, age 28, New Castle resident, passed away Thursday, July 19, 2012 at St. John's Hospital in Anderson, Indiana.



She was born March 3, 1984 a daughter of Lonnie O. and Linda Charlene Logan Duvall of New Castle, Indiana.



She is survived by, her husband, David A. Kline of New Castle, Indiana; 4 children, Mariah Kline, David Klive IV, Jayden Kline, and Miami Kline all of New Castle, Indiana; her mother, Linda Charlene Logan Duvall of New Castle, Indiana; her sister, Bonnie Duvall (fiancée Todd Lowe); her brother, Lonnie Mitchell Duvall; and also many nieces, nephews, and cousins.



She was preceded in death by, her father, Lonnie O. Duvall; her maternal grandparents, Vallard and Lois Logan; and her paternal grandparents, Fred and Ruby Lee Duvall.



Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 22, 2012 at Macer-Hall Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 23, 2012 at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church (535 South 14th Street New Castle, Indiana 47362). Burial will follow in South Mound Cemetery in New Castle.
