In McLean County, bond remains at a $25,000 for a 23 year old women from Bloomington, accused in the hit-and-run death of another young women.
Katie Lawson, also known as Katie Barker, is held on "aggravated DUI involving a death" charges, as well as leaving the scene of a fatal accident.
Lawson has a six year history of traffic arrests, including DUI, and was ordered to alcohol treatment six years ago, after a previous DUI Arrest.
Lawson is due in court again on Friday for her arraignment.
The victim, Lauren Leffler of Bloomington, was walking across Washington Street --with the light, according to police --when she was fatally struck.
