Joshua Lee Horinek, 18, of Latham, died Sunday, Dec. 20, 2009, at a Columbus hospital as the result of injuries from an automobile accident on U.S. 23 north of Waverly.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Botkin Funeral Home in Waverly with interment in Washburn Cemetery. Friends may call 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and 9 to 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
