Jeffrey Michael Kister, Sr. passed away on Monday, August 10, 2009. Age 25. Beloved husband of Danielle Hayes Kister, Loving father of Alycia Renee', Reese Marion, Jeffrey Michael, Jr. and Luke David Kister. Also survived by his mother Lovita Kister, stepfather Dale Piret of McComb, MS; sister Melissa Callaway, niece Lena Harruff, grandmother Lovita Knecht and father Henry Kister of New Orleans. Jeffrey was a volunteer Fireman in various locations throughout Louisiana.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service on Friday, August 14, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. at LAKE LAWN METAIRIE FUNERAL HOME, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., New Orleans, (in Metairie Cemetery). Interment will follow in Metairie Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made on behalf of the Kister children (reference: Jeffrey Kister donation account) at any Capital One Bank location.
