Police have found the pickup truck they say struck and killed a Cobb County man on Saturday morning.
But the owner of the truck is refusing to cooperate in the investigation.
Police say David Overduijn was hit and killed Saturday night on Bells Ferry Road.
Investigators say he was hit by a green Nissan pickup truck. They have found the pickup they say was involved in the incident.
Officers are hoping that a witness will come forward and say they saw the owner of the green Nissan truck drive away from Cowboy''s bar on Saturday night.
